Okay guys, time for a forum game
Some of you may be familiar with this game, or know it by another name. Others may be scratching your head wondering what on Earth I'm talking about. This is a sort of vocabulary exercise you can play with friends. In real life you'd take turns going around the group, but in here you can just chime in whenever.
Now then, on to the rules! The basic premise is simple. One person starts with a two-word phrase, like "go fish." The next person then uses the second word of that phrase as the first word of their own, as in "fish stick." As you go around, each person uses the previous person's last word to begin their own. "Stick figure" etc.
You are allowed to change spelling if the words sound alike: maid = made
You can switch from singular to plural or vice-versa: game = games
You can also change suffixes if it's the same root word: screw = screwed
Compound words are permitted: Open house -> Houseboat
* In the above example, boat becomes the next word to use
Three word phrases are not allowed: Blue State -x-> State
of Mind
You cannot reuse the same words in reverse order: Hand over -x-> Overhand
